PPC Freelancer in Dubai Mubin Shaikh

I am Mubin Shaikh, a PPC freelancer in Dubai. PPC, pay-per-click, is paid advertising where you pay only when someone clicks, run across Google Search, Microsoft Ads and paid social, and built to bring leads and sales rather than just traffic. I manage it for businesses across Dubai under UAE Trade Licence No. 1618922 and Social Media Advertiser Permit No. 475238. PPC is the fastest way to put your business in front of people actively looking to buy, but it is also the fastest way to waste money if the tracking is wrong or the targeting is loose. I fix that first, before a dirham goes out the door.

What counts as PPC, and where does it run?

PPC is any paid advertising where you pay per click, and it runs across search engines and social platforms. The biggest channel by far is Google Ads, which covers Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube. Microsoft Ads, running on Bing, reaches an audience that is often older and less competitive, which can mean cheaper clicks. Paid social on Meta and TikTok is also pay-per-click in effect. Most Dubai businesses should not run all of these at once. The job is picking the channels where your buyers actually are and where the maths works, then running those properly rather than spreading a budget thin across all of them.

Why trust me with your budget

Why trust me with your PPC budget

Most people running PPC in Dubai cannot show you a trade licence or a permit to advertise. I hold both, so you get proper invoices, a real contract, and no account risk landing on you.

I am Google Ads certified and Meta Ads certified, which covers the main PPC platforms, so I am not learning the mechanics on your budget. And because I do not take a percentage of your ad spend, I have no reason to push your budget higher than it should be.

Choosing The Right Channels

Which PPC channels should your business use?

The right ones depend on where your buyers are and what you sell, but here are the channels I work across and what each is best for.

Google Ads

The biggest PPC channel and the right starting point for most businesses, because it catches people actively searching for what you offer. Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube all sit here. This is covered in full depth on my Google Ads page.

Microsoft Ads (Bing)

Often overlooked, which is exactly why it can be cheaper. The audience skews older and more corporate, and competition is lower, so cost per click is frequently below Google for the same terms. Worth running for the right business as a complement to Google.

Paid social (Meta and TikTok)

Paid social is pay-per-click in effect and works well for demand generation, getting in front of people who are not searching yet but fit your customer profile. Covered in depth on my Meta Ads and TikTok Ads pages.

Full Scope, Cross-Platform

What does PPC management with me include?

It is the full picture across whichever channels fit: audit, tracking, strategy, build, optimisation and reporting. Here is what each part means.

Account audit

If you are already running PPC, I find where the budget is leaking across every active channel: wrong match types, missing negatives, broken tracking, the wrong campaign objectives. Most accounts have recoverable spend before adding more.

Conversion tracking first

Before anything else, I make sure every click, lead and sale is tracked accurately across platforms. PPC without reliable tracking is just spending money and hoping, and it is the single most common thing I find broken.

Channel and keyword strategy

Choosing the right channels for your business, then the right keywords, audiences and bids within them, built around real buying intent in Dubai rather than a tool's guess.

Campaign build and copy

Properly structured campaigns with ad copy that matches the search, and negative keywords that stop your budget leaking on the wrong queries.

Ongoing optimisation

Continuous testing, cutting what does not work and scaling what does. PPC is not set and forget, it needs a hand on it to keep cost per lead down.

Clear reporting

Spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead and return, across all channels in one place, in plain language. No vanity metrics.

Right Fit

Who PPC works for in Dubai

PPC works best for businesses where people actively search for what you sell, or where you can profitably buy attention. These are the Dubai businesses I work with most.

Service businesses

Clinics, consultancies, trades and professional services in Dubai where a single new client is worth far more than the cost of the clicks to get them.

Ecommerce stores

Online stores using Shopping and Performance Max to put products in front of ready buyers, with return on ad spend as the measure.

Lead generation businesses

Companies that live on a steady flow of enquiries, where PPC with proper WhatsApp and call tracking delivers leads on demand.

Competitive local markets

Businesses in crowded Dubai sectors that need to show up the moment someone searches, rather than waiting for SEO to build.

First Few Days

What I usually fix first in a PPC account

Most underperforming PPC accounts in Dubai share the same handful of leaks. This is what I check first.

The problemWhy it is costing you
No or broken conversion trackingYou cannot optimise toward results you cannot measure
Broad match with no negativesBudget drains on searches that will never buy
Wrong bidding strategyYou pay for clicks instead of leads
Traffic sent to the homepageVisitors arrive with no clear next step and leave
One channel doing everythingNo clean read on where the budget works hardest
No landing page testingThe ads work but the page wastes the click
Budget

What budget do you need for PPC?

For most Dubai businesses I recommend at least AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 a month in actual ad spend for local lead generation, and closer to USD 5,000 a month for ecommerce. Below that there is not enough data to test and optimise properly, and I would rather say so than take a retainer I cannot move. That figure is ad spend, paid directly to the platforms, separate from my management fee. The right starting budget also depends on how competitive your terms are, since some Dubai sectors have much higher click costs than others.

The First 90 Days

How we start

The first 90 days follow the same shape. The order is deliberate.

01

First, an audit

I review your existing PPC across every channel, plus tracking and landing pages, to find what is wasting money and what is worth keeping. Most accounts have recoverable spend before any increase.

02

Then tracking and rebuild

Conversion tracking goes in first, then campaign structure, keywords, audiences and ad copy, built around your business. Data you cannot trust is worse than no data.

03

Then test and cut

The first 30 to 60 days are about finding winners. Several variables at once, losers cut quickly, budget moved to what works and to the channels that perform.

04

Then scale

Once there are clear winners I scale them at a pace the account and the channel can absorb, without breaking what works.

Honest patterns, not promises

What results can you expect

It depends on your offer, your margins, your tracking and how competitive your market is. The patterns I see most often, as patterns and not promises:

30โ€“50%
Typical drop in cost per lead in the first 60 days on accounts with clear structural problems
Within 2 weeks
Early signals once tracking and structure are fixed
60โ€“90 days
Realistic window for stable, scalable performance
"Anyone quoting a fixed cost per lead or a guaranteed return before seeing your account is selling, not advising.
Flat fee, no % of spend

What it costs

Your ad spend is separate, stays in your own accounts, and is billed directly by Google, Microsoft or Meta. I do not take a percentage of spend.

PPC management starts at AED 4,999 a month for a single channel with a focused scope. Most clients running two channels sit on Gold at AED 7,499. Your ad spend is separate, stays in your own accounts, and is billed directly by Google, Microsoft or Meta. I do not take a percentage of spend, so there is no incentive for me to inflate your budget, which is a real difference from agencies that charge a percentage and quietly benefit when you spend more.

Straight Answers

PPC FAQs

What does a PPC freelancer in Dubai do?
A PPC freelancer in Dubai plans, builds, runs and optimises your pay-per-click advertising across channels like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social, covering tracking, keyword and audience strategy, ad copy and reporting, all aimed at leads and sales rather than clicks.
Are you a licensed PPC freelancer in Dubai?
Yes. Ads with Mubin holds UAE Trade Licence No. 1618922 and Social Media Advertiser Permit No. 475238, and Mubin is Google Ads certified and Meta Ads certified.
What is PPC and how does it work?
PPC, pay-per-click, is paid advertising where you pay only when someone clicks your ad. It runs across search engines like Google and Bing and across paid social, and it puts your business in front of people actively looking or matching your customer profile.
Is PPC the same as Google Ads?
Google Ads is the biggest part of PPC, but not all of it. PPC also includes Microsoft Ads on Bing and paid social on Meta and TikTok. My Google Ads page covers that channel in full depth, while this page covers PPC across all channels.
Which PPC platform is best for my business?
Usually Google Ads first, because it catches people actively searching. Microsoft Ads can be cheaper for some audiences, and paid social suits demand generation. The right mix depends on where your buyers are and what you sell.
How much does PPC management cost in Dubai?
Management starts at AED 4,999 a month for a single channel. Your ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms. I do not take a percentage of spend.
What is the minimum PPC budget in Dubai?
Around AED 10,000 to 12,000 a month in ad spend for local lead generation, and closer to USD 5,000 for ecommerce. Below that there is not enough data to optimise properly.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The management fee is flat, so there is no incentive to inflate your budget. Your spend stays in your own accounts and is billed directly by the platforms.
How soon will I see results from PPC?
Early signals usually appear within two weeks once tracking and structure are fixed. Stable, scalable results normally take 60 to 90 days.
Do you set up conversion tracking?
Yes, before anything else and across every channel. PPC without reliable tracking is just spending money and hoping, so it is the first thing I fix.
Can you manage PPC across multiple platforms at once?
Yes. I manage Google, Microsoft and paid social together where it makes sense, with reporting in one place, and I advise on which channels actually deserve your budget.
Do you manage PPC for businesses outside Dubai?
Yes, regularly. Most remote clients are in the wider region, managed through calls and shared dashboards.
