Not in theory in real accounts, with real budgets, in real markets. From growing a fintech app in Mumbai to managing AED 150,000+ a month in Google Ads for a UAE-based aviation company, I've been deep in the numbers across industries and geographies that most marketers haven't touched.

Chapter 1

Starting out in Mumbai

I started my career in Mumbai at CoinDCX, one of India's largest crypto exchanges, where I got my first real exposure to performance data, paid campaigns, and what it means to market in a fast-moving, heavily regulated industry. It was a good introduction high stakes, fast feedback loops, and no room for vague thinking.

From there I moved to FlexiLoans, a fintech lending platform, where things got more serious. I was running mobile app acquisition campaigns on Google and Meta, managing 10+ affiliate partners, and tracking every step of the loan funnel. That's where I stopped thinking like a campaign manager and started thinking like someone responsible for actual business outcomes. One initiative I ran there generated Rs. 1.5 crore in new mobile-originated loan business.

Chapter 2

Moving to Dubai

In September 2025, I moved to Dubai to join AeroSmart a GCC-based aviation and smart enterprise solutions company. It's a different world from fintech. The budgets are larger, the sales cycles are longer, and you're targeting B2B decision-makers across GCC and African markets on LinkedIn alongside running B2C campaigns on Meta and Google.

I built the entire paid media setup from scratch Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, Power BI dashboards. Currently managing AED 150,000–175,000 a month in ad spend, consistently generating AED 15M+ in monthly business. It's also the role that sharpened my SEO thinking, leading to 35% new organic business over three consecutive quarters.

Chapter 3

The freelance side

Outside my full-time role, I work with a small number of freelance clients real estate, luxury car rental, and finance businesses in Dubai and India. These are projects I take on because they genuinely interest me and because the constraints of working with smaller budgets keep me sharp in ways that big-budget corporate accounts don't always.

This is where I spend most of my time. Full campaign setup, audience strategy, creative testing, bid management, and ongoing optimization across B2B and B2C in India, UAE, GCC, and African markets.

Tracking & Analytics

GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, AppsFlyer, conversion tracking setup. I build the measurement layer properly from the start so the data you're making decisions from is actually reliable. Power BI dashboards included.

SEO Strategy & Execution

Technical audits, on-page optimization, content gap analysis, internal linking, managing agency partners I've grown organic traffic meaningfully at both FlexiLoans and AeroSmart.

Mobile App Growth

User acquisition, re-engagement, AppsFlyer funnel tracking, affiliate and referral programme management. Built this out specifically in the fintech space where cost per quality install matters enormously.

CRO & Funnel Optimization

A/B testing, landing page reviews, drop-off analysis, working with developers on UX improvements. I care about what happens after the click too.
